Our TOTAL price for a purchase averages $1,500 plus taxes. This includes all fees and disbursements, title insurance, including all costs associated with preparation and registration of mortgage documents for most lenders.

Our TOTAL price for a sale averages $900.00 plus taxes. This includes all fees and disbursements including all costs associated with preparation and registration of mortgage discharges.

Our price for a refinance transaction starts at $995.00 plus taxes. This includes all fees and disbursements. Additional payouts or transfer of title will cost extra.
